I tried each of those third-party options. Those third party options included the Windows ISO Downloader (a/k/a HeiDoc’s Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool), the Universal Windows Downloader, and a download website operated by AdGuard, among others. There were many ISOs available for download.
